Tammy, I agree this probably works at the long term but it requires a lot of headache. I think it's best to be more violant and just cut them off the money flow. There's nothing they can do about it except cut you off their service which you don't want anyway.

Always ask who you are talking to, first and last name. I always forget to do this but it's very important. I actually think it's best to ask this right at the begining of the conversation, this way they are more careful about what they say.
